PRIVACY POLICY

As a registered message board member you are advised to think carefully before disclosing any personally identifiable or personal health information in any public forum.

No personal identifying information will be collected from you unless you volunteer the information on the application for admission as a registered user of the message board.

For purposes of message board administration, only two items of information will be collected: your email address and your personal user identification (User ID--volunteered by you upon application for membership as a registered user of the message board).

Message board discussions will be monitored by the Mycoplasma Support administrator/moderator, who is a registered nurse. However, no information will be collected or reproduced regarding the contents of the discussions. All contents of message board discussions will remain within the message board forum.

Confidential information about you, including identity, personal information, and password will not be collected by Mycoplasma Support. Listings of email address and usernames are respected, and will be protected by the Mycoplasma Support administrator. The Mycoplasma Support administrator and message board server will be the only ones having access to this confidential information.

Under no circumstances will information about you be shared with another message board member or a person or agency outside the Mycoplasma Support community without your express approval.
